With Your Community

Shape the Future of CS Education Together

It’s not uncommon to be the only computer science teacher in your building—or even your district. But there’s a whole community of computer science educators out there! At CSTA 2027, we’re bringing together 1,500 CS educators, allies, and partners to exchange ideas and find community. Together, we’ll expand what’s possible through deeper networking, authentic connection, and focused learning built around a shared vision for computer science education.

In Your Teaching

Specialized Content for Your Professional Growth

Whether you’re brand new to CS education or have been teaching long enough to remember when Java was introduced to the classroom, you’ll find sessions developed specifically for you and your professional development needs. Explore a range of topics across all grade levels, from responsible AI education to teacher wellness. Participate in hands-on sessions and leave with ready-to-implement lessons aligned to the new PK-12 CS Standards. Expand what’s possible in your daily instruction with PD content developed by teachers, for teachers.

For the Future We Build Together

Tools, Vision, and Energy for the Year Ahead

At CSTA, educators are exploring what’s next — embracing new ideas, technologies, and ways of thinking that extend beyond traditional boundaries. As computer science and AI literacy become essential for every learner, teachers are leading the way. Through experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning, this community is rewriting what it means to be a teacher in this moment — and what students can achieve because of it.

The future isn’t something to wait for; it’s something we build together.
